Summary

Born January 18th 1952, Marsha Amarushka Middleton was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Southern California. She scored in the 97th percentile on her S.A.T. test, second highest out of 2,500 students.  Her score drew numerous offers in Physics and other technological fields, but Amarushka’s true passion was the Arts.

Following high school, Amarushka went on to study at the Fashion Institute of Merchandising and Design, a Sawyer’s Business College in Los Angeles, California.  She majored in marketing, promotion, publicity and design. 

Shortly upon her two year graduation, Amarushka moved to Europe and stepped into owning and operating Lansmanshaft, a professional photographic studio and gallery in Munich, Germany.   For six years, Amarushka and her partner Gernot Plitz, European photographer and Professor, Academy of Fine Arts, Munich, Germany, filled major contracts with international publications, advertising agencies and recording and movie companies.  In addition to the studio in Munich Amarushka and Gernot founded a second studio by the same name in Hollywood, California on the Sunset Strip. 

In 1977, Amarushka became a part time assistant interior decorator for Gelfand Interior Design Works of Newport Beach, California.  Her four years with Gelfand instilled in her a passion for interior design, especially designs that are harmonious and sustainable.  Since then, she has studied the Black Hat system of Feng Shui (The Art of Placement) and applied it to interior decorating in various situations.   

Throughout the 1970’s and 80’s, Amarushka modeled for major print publications internationally, helping her to gain greater social awareness of trends and greater self confidence.

In 1978, Amarushka became a Mother for the first time, beginning a 29 year commitment to raising a family.

During those years, Amarushka founded the Ministry of the Children in Sedona, Arizona, in 1988, with the focus of counseling troubled youth and their families.  Amarushka, called by many a “practical visionary”, has over 25 years of research into alternative life-styles, including free-energy technologies, archeology, sacred sites, and the holistic health field.  She has healed herself of breast and uterine cancer using natural means only. 

Amarushka has researched and planned out several major global projects, including the Golden Capstone Project and Nexus Server Centers.  The Nexus Server Center and its accompanying Synexus Living Network is designed to be adaptable to any self-sufficient eco-community, supporting a network of resource and information exchange.  She has designed an eco-village that is easily scalable and portable, and can be utilized for emergency housing, disaster relief and inexpensive, third world housing.  Her plans include the incorporation of youth into all aspects of project development and implementation, in hopes that they will become skilled team members that will eventually set up other, eco-communities around the globe.  She has co-designed a high-tech, high-touch, EnviroPonics growing system that will yield vegetables and fruit with 300% higher nutritional content, with twice the yield and in half the time, all organic, all natural, all completely sustainable. 

Amarushka is co-founder of The Sovereign Energy Company, Inc., in Santa Fe, NM, with the ultimate focus of offering environmentally sustainable, culturally appropriate solutions for the re-design of global culture.

Amarushka is currently writing a book and website about the above, to re-educate, raise consciousness and focus public attention on these issues.
